Henry Jesionka is an award-winning multi-disciplinary artist and maker whose film, media work, installations and performances have been staged and commissioned worldwide. He possesses an energetic and creative intellect with a special passion for crossing boundaries; science/art, academic/corporate. He has taught film, digital and media art at Universities in North America and Europe and throughout his career traverses artistic, academic and corporate environments easily, respectively inspiring each 'world' with paradigms and ideas from the others.

Creator & Project Manager for the Sheltering Project, Anglican Diocese of Toronto (1999-2002)
The Sheltering project's mission was to design, prototype and project manage the construction and distribution, through volunteer networks, portable, durable, thermal, waterproof shelters for people who choose to live outdoors; colloquially referred to as "the homeless"
Project Manager, Vertical Network Holdings (1997-1998)
Duties included the coordination of designers, programmers and technicians for various internet projects serving commerce and distance education organizations
Project Manager, for Cultech Research Centre on the Intercom Project @ York Univ. (1995-1997)
Duties included the coordination of designers, programmers and technicians for a broadband test trial which bridged the gap between private-sector resources and research-centre know-how in an experimental community of new homes north of Toronto and York University.

Henry has taught course at the graduate and undergraduate level at the State University of New York @ Buffalo, Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, Ryerson Polytechnical University in Toronto and was a guest lecturer at the Medien Institute in Frankfurt and the Hochschule fur Angewandte Kunst in Vienna.
